Hey so a few years back I got my new PC with windows 10 on it. At the time I had Minecraft: Java Edition so I got the free code for the Windows 10 Edition and redeemed it but never got around to installing it. I now want to play it but on the Microsoft store, it does not show up as purchased minecraft wont download so I can't even download it, minecraft wont download. I do use the same email for my Microsoft account as my Mojang one minecraft wont download it still doesn't work.
If I hit redeem it brings me to Microsoft account redeem page and says "This code has already been redeemed". I then go onto the Microsoft store app on my computer and it showed this. I also tried going on the Xbox app on my PC and it just said to go to the Microsoft store app which hadn't changed. If anyone knows what is going on this please help me figure out what is happening. It still shows that same screen anytime I go to Minecraft for Windows 10 on the Microsoft Store. Everything in the store is updated and when I checked for updates nothing came up. Do you know of anything else that may fix my issue? So I tried everything you suggested and nothing has changed. Just the same old thing on the windows store that I showed on the original post.

Create a new local account on the device and try. Im still looking for possible fixes in the meantime. Another fix may be to pretend you're going to buy the game, does it give you an option to download it after you try to buy it?
